Voucher Code Could Not Be Activated on Merchant Site

Not being able to activate my voucher code on Merison which should have started on Monday 12th Sept at 6pm. This is the first time I have had trouble with any Groupon deal. I would just like to be able to use my voucher. I have emailed Groupon and Merison and heard nothing back from either of them.
