Took my money - didn't get the product! Poor Customer Service nomorerack.com

I placed an order on 11-21-12. I received some of the order, but am missing half the order. I contacted them several times and they keep telling me to review status, which shows nothing. Today, 12-7-12, I was able to talk to a live person, who hung up on me after I asked to talk to a manager.
