I placed an order with Gmbshair.com. The order showed to have processed when I received an email saying the order was accepted. However four days later I still had not received my package. This would have been fine except for the fact that I had paid an extra $50.00 for "next day air". (The initial order could have cost less than 10 dollars)

That was not the problem. I contacted the company to see if the order was on its way only to find out the order had never even been processed and was just sitting there.

The person on the phone (Jackie Members) was extremely rude stating "you should have paid attention". I explained to her that I received an email saying my order was on its way. She then claimed that my order had been canceled because the shipping address was different from the billing address.

If this was the case, the company could have contacted me to let me know so I could at least verify it. They never contacted me. I had no emails from them saying that my order had been canceled. They also had several of my contact numbers but never called any of them.

Again, this was only half the problem. My final complaint is with the actual company itself and how they handled the matter. The person on the telephone was extremely rude and at some points even insulting my husband and saying we were just "bitchin' about sh*t".. And she was being very unprofessional. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor or a manager and became verbally abusive before hanging up.

Immediately after the phone call we noticed a new charge on our credit card. For the order that was supposedly canceled.

So my husband called the company again and attempted to cancel the order but again they refused to cancel it.

(We had to cancel our credit cards because of this incident)

My husband and I are also business owners so we understand that no one is perfect and all businesses can run into problems at times. But no matter what kind of incident occurs verbal abuse should never be tolerated.

The person we spoke to should have been terminated from her position immediately for her behavior. And I have yet to speak to a manager or supervisor of this company.
