I did not order from this company, may have inquired about the product but did not order. After receiving an email from them, I sent an email back explaining I did not want this information and if they had my card not to charge it.

Expecting to receive an email explaining that I may have they would be happy to accomodate me and cancel.instead I received an email saying "you not only ordered it you used it!" And that I had to cancel by certified letter. I refused at my expense when we were obviously emailing each other, and that they may cancel now.

I asked them to explain to me how I used it, stating I never did and didn't appreciate being told that I did, when they email back with my email address, which they apparently had and with 1 visit and 1 host remote (whatever that meant). I then responded with saving your email you admitted to using it look foward to your certified letter. A smart ass is what he's been, so I told him so and that I didn't appreciate all the BS that he's been feeding me, just cancel it.

Of course I received another email rudest of all, telling me that I've been rude and I should look in a mirror and all this other bull. This should be a customer service department that should handle their customer's respectfully, and instead I got emails from some rude guy with nothing better to do than to sit by his computer, considering all the emails were within minutes of each other. So I am putting the word out not to deal with this individual, due to his incompetance.
