On hold 45 minutes, transferred nine times, order never placed

I was on hold for over 45 minutes, and was transferred at least 9 times, and still did not get my order placed. I was told my account was not active, and I could not reach anyone to help me reactive or reestablish a new account. I hate calling Dell for toners!!!
