Dell scam artist dell is a scam. They shipped me a TV that I didn't orde

I order a TV from dell on 11/27/09 by phone @ the end of the order I cancel the order, I ask what the % rate would be on my dell card and the sale person said 29.99%. I said cancel the order and was given a ref.# for the cancel order. On 12/17/09 I receive a call from a freight company saying Tv would be delivered on 12/18/09. I called dell finance and they told me I had 861.00 charged on my account and order was placed on 12/8/09. Every time I call dell I get the run around and put on hold for 45-60 mins. I think they are scamers. Never got to talk to anyone to fix my problem. Who placed the order (the saleman) to make his numbers look good? DELL SUCKS. They are SCAMMERS... Nobody talks english.
