Defective Flooring

Had a brand new laminate floor (Shaw brand, PU049-High Ridge, color #00615- Takla) installed Sept. 2010 that we purchased from ProSource in Erie, Pa. Within a couple of months we noticed the floor delaminating, floor joints separating and numerous chips in floor, as well as small clear bubbles. Shaw was contacted by ProSource, who subsequently sent an "Independent Floor Inspector". The report stated there were no defects in the floor and any problems we were having were blamed on the installer and homeowner. We found an uninstalled piece, that a Shaw rep. Looked at.in his opinion the floor was defective. It then went to their "quality control", who reported no defects. This floor has a 20 year warranty. Shaw refuses to take any responsibility for the floor defects and is not honoring the warranty.
