Five years ago, I signed up for phone and DSL. The Employee did not record my information and after 3 wks., DSL dept. Stated that I do not have an account. Nov. 18, I applied for service, and employee asked for Acct. No. I do not one, he could not help me. This happened the second time. After 4th employee signed for phone and DSL. On activation date, Dec. 1st, my phone was ok but DSL was depending. On Mar. 31, phone Verizon, billing dept., and stated that I do not have Mar.invoice. Clerk stated that my acct. Was cancelled. She admitted that she did it. Asked for supervisor, she said there was none. She did not have the authority to cancel my service. She recorded my service but got 26 DAYS. I did not have long distance service. NY long distant service was pending. Every monday for 3 wks, I received a call that they are working on it. I spoke to many employees and they promised to help and never heard from them, nor my system was restored. Ask for supervisor, according to them, my problem does not apply for a supervisor. On many calls, these employees promised me that they will help. Never heard from them again.
