Ripoff false promises dont return calls out & out lie to you

JK Harris adverties that they are ex IRS employers. They claim they know how to handle your IRS problems. I called JK Harris and they made me an appointment with one of their agents in Shreveport La. He told me for $200.00 a month for two years they could settle my $5000.00 debt with the IRS. It has been almost three years and they have done nothing. I cant get my agent Ellen Grampus to return my calls. I cant get her superviser Katrina Cox to return my calls. I cant get Katrina Coxs superviser Kelly Green to return my calls. I have ask them to refund my money and I cant even get that. So what am I to do now?
