Ripoff made payments for 2 yrs IRS never received payment or any calls from JK Harris re my back taxes

In March I signed a contract with JK Harris to help settle my back IRS taxes. I paid them a $500 deposit and made payments of $285 a month. I would get threatening letters from the IRS and was told by JK Harris to just ignore them and to send all communications to them and that they would handle with the IRS.

Everytime I would call JK Harris (which was about once a month to get an update on what they were doing) no one ever call me back. I would send emails, faxes, letters and make phone calls and yet no one would call and let me know what what happened with my account or what to do with the IRS sending me letters, etc.

Finally in January of this year I get a tax lein and levy filed by the IRS against me. They put a levy on my wages and when I tried to again call JK Harris no one would call me in spite of several attempts. I then decided to call the IRS myself and found out that in 2 years JK Harris had never called the IRs regarding my account nor sent them one cent of my money that I had paid over the past 2 years - and - now I owe even more in penalties and interests.

I do not have money and it has taken all that I have to pay these payments to JK Harris and now to find out that they just RIPPED me off big time. Not only that - but in order to get the IRS off my back - I have to now make payments to them of $358 a month which is really hard for me to do.

I want my money back ALL OF IT and I do not want others to be taken by these people!!!
