JK Harris
Makes promises, takes over $4,000.00 of our money and does nothing and won't return our calls

Ten months ago we spoke to Matthew Sullivan a representative of JK Harris and he said they could help us with our tax problems. He assured us that JK Harris would handle the IRS and work everything out. Months go by and nothing happens. They reassure us they are in touch with the IRS.

We gave them $1,200.00 up front and agreed to let them finance the rest. They take $428.00 a month out of our checking account and the one thing we find out they actually did, they did wrong and now we are being penalized by the IRS.

We have made dozens of phone calls to Matthew Sullivan and other people who were supposed to be handling our case and they refuse to return our calls and talk to us.
Finally we hired a CPA to do our taxes and help us with this problem and asked them just to return our papers or fax us copies. They agreed to do this but didn't. It's bad enough we have a problem to begin with, now thanks to JK Harris we will probably lose everthing. JK Harris has destroyed us and the IRS could care less.

If there is a class action suit against them someone please let me know because I would be happy to join it.
I want every penny we paid them back and I want other people warned about this company, so it doesn't happen to them.
