Freedom iron ripoff wallingford

After trying to find some info on Tristar I found this rip off report - I purchased at Christmas the Freedom Iron (cordless) for my daughter as a present after the third time using the iron it will not get hot - tried to find an address or phone number on the company but nothing was available

There is a phone # listed for this company on this report but just tried it and it is a medical office - I just would like to get my money back
