Awesome Customer Service

I booked with orbitz today and both reps I dealt with were awesome, going out of their way to help, even when there was a computer error. I was angry at first when I saw I had economy tickets after booking business class, but when i contacted orbitz, they were extremely helpful and i recieved a response very quickly. We haven't travelled yet but if today is any indication, i know orbitz will take care of me.
