Bought tv in Nov then took to lake house for Thanksgiving. I used it for weekend then disconnected it and went home. I went back last week and the set is not working. Everyone is green. So i took back to Best Buy. All they will do is sent set off for repair. From reading the community page of Best Buy may never be fixed. They say up to 30 days. What am i suppose to do until i get set back? So i went back today the manager was beyond rude. The set has 2 year warranty and it looks like i will need it.insigna is Best Buy brand and they do not stand behind it. Sad. Store is located on Eastern Blvd.in Montgomery, AL.
