After I posted a critical but fair and honest review of Buds, my review was removed within 24 hours and my customer account was closed by the "webmaster." Buds' customer support is nonexistent - if you have any problems with your order, good luck getting anyone on the phone.

On the other hand, I'd guess the great majority of orders go smoothly, which is why they have such a large customer base - low prices, big inventory, and apparently quick shipping mean most customers are satisfied. Buds is simply playing the numbers game. Personally, I'd rather deal with businesses that actually care when you have a problem, even if their prices are a bit higher. You get what you pay for.
