I was served the worst steak ever on saturday 4/2. I understand that bad meat happens but when I complained I was told to leave and not come back if I did not like it. I have been a customer here since they bought the place. I have taken countless people there for the rib eye. To be treated like that when they could see the excesss fat and grissle on not just my steak but 3 others that were there eating with me. I know that stuff happens, The difference in a good business and a bad is how things are handled. I can only say if you go to Marinas DON'T order the steak and don't complain about it or you will be asked to leave, only after you pay your bill. I paid 20.00 for a hunk of fat that my dog would not even eat. If this is how you do business then everybody needs to know so they can make the choice as to if they want to spend hard earned money on bad food and get asked to leave if you complain about it. Marina should be ashamed of herself. This was the owner, not an employee. I have been in the food business for a long time. I would never ever treat a customer like we were treated. I have posted this on many sites. I hope people take warning. I will tell every friend I have. Next time treat paying customers with respect and make it right.
