Panera Bread
Not fresh at all!

I happen to have just started to work there. Food is all frozen nothing is fresh except some veggies, dressings, and cheese. Soup, oatmeal, pasta, shrimp, salmon, turkey, chicken, and steak is all frozen then defrosted and microwaved and served. Turkey, chicken and steak is used for sandwiches so not heated in microwave. Turkey and ham that is sliced is pre packaged in some sludge and not cut fresh daily. The bread is pretty much all that is fresh and seems to be the main concern of the company. This place is no more than fast food and a bakery. Heck, lol fast food is even somewhat fresher. I would not recommend eating there, the point of a restaurant or cafe is to make food better tan what the customer could make at their house.
