Deceptive Shipping Practices

This company uses the deceptive practise of obtaining the name of a person at a company and then shipping them unordered supplies. You then get an invoice for hundreds of dollars with the caption " no returns after 30 days". When you call they refuse to authorize the return of the unordered item. When you return it, they refuse to reimburse you for the return shipping charges. If this happens to you, don't return the order. Keep it and refuse to pay them. Hopefully you won't have to deal with a collection agency for the unpaid invoice and United Industrial Supplies will just go away!
