Ripoff, Shipped unordered goods, thieves, liars and scum! BullHead City

Last week a lady "purportedly" named Toni phoned me at work and referenced the name of our controller, she then proceeded to quote me very low prices on many office supplies and stated that her business was moving to Arizona and they needed to get rid of many of these items, the same con artist scam that they have used over and over. I then told her we had sufficient inventory and that I couldn't order anything at this time, and told her to try back in a month or two. Well a week later low and behold what shows up at our business, but nine "count em" nine boxes weighing a total of 300# of various inferior office supplies!!!

Talk about going through the roof. I immediately called the number on the packing slip and like everyone else got an answering machine and was told to leave a messgae. Over the course of three days I left six messages stating that all of the packages needed to be returned and would not be paid for at any time. Finally on the third day I received a phone call from a "purported" Patricia Nelson who was rude and obviously does these types of followup calls frequently. She then tried to tell me that I had ordered this plethora of office supplies to which I asked her to fax me a copy of the PO and I would be then honor the PO which was impossible to do since there never was a PO or an order. I then told her that I had checked on her company and informed her that obviously they are nothing but a fraudulant fly by night rip off scam artist company and she was a pathetic excuse for a human being. She then told me to ship all of the supplies back to the address on the UPS label, I explained that I was not going to pay a cent for shipping anything to them and the supplies could sit her and rot as far as I was concerned and if she wanted the supplies back she could send me return labels like they normally do when they find that there will be no payment from their attempted scam.

She finally agreed to send the return labels so I am waiting to see if they show up. If you are a victim of this same scam refuse to negotiate and do not pay them a cent, they have absolutely no legal recourse and they know it! They just ship and hope the invoice gets paid, but dont let it happen to you!

Also, when checking the origin of the shipment it was from a Bullhead City, AZ which seems appropriate enough...!!!
