Faulty Shoes

I am a religious customer of Skechers but this time they lost a loyal customer. I got this new Skecher shoes and within few days a side on the shoes got ripped off. The threads are coming out. Unfortunately i did not keep the receipt with me and lost it. I called the Natick Mall Sketchers (from where i bought it) and they told me that they cannot do anything. This was very rude on them as they told me that Sketchers come with warranty for some months when i bought it. They told me that they cannot do anything. Now i am just living with it without using those shoes anymore. I will never buy Sketches anymore.
