Faulty Shoes

I sent the following complaint to Skechers customer service on December 15, and as of January 11 I have still got no reply:

"Dear Skechers,

I purchased a pair of Skechers Luminators model 90320L/BKLM for my son from Kohl's about 3 months ago, and now one of the shoes has stopped lighting completely! I know that six-year olds are very active and run and jump a lot, but I've been buying skechers for my kids for many years, and the light on the shoes usually keeps working until they outgrow them. Never has the light completely gone dead after 3 months, and my son tells me he noticed it wasn't lighting up like the other one from the beginning. My son is utterly disappointed because this model is no longer manufactured and we've been looking for it in size one for ages, and since it's already been 3 months since the purchase, Kohl's probably won't return or refund them. Do you have the same model somewhere in size 1 that we could exchange, or at least get a refund for the defective shoes? Thank you."
