Cheated Me

In July I ordered the TARDIS Emergency Fund key fob. It was a pre-order. Zaniahz charged my credit card immediately, despite company literature saying cards were not charged until the item is shipped. Zaniahz sent a few emails saying the item would be arriving later than anticipated. The last I heard it was due in February. According to their web site this item is now sold out. I never received the item I was charged for and Zaniahz will not respond to my emails requesting my money back. I have proof that my card was charged and an email confirmation of the order. All I want is my money back.
