In early April I placed an order with Appleseed's. One item was too small and I returned it on April 26. I checked several times to see if the item had been received and got some very vague responses. Finally on May 12 they said they had the item in hand and were exchanging it and it would be shipped immediately. On May 13 they charged my credit card the $49.00 for the item and said it had been shipped. I had paid for this item with the original order. I asked when I would receive my $49.00 back and they told me it takes longer to process a credit than a debit. I can't figure this out and I feel they need to improve their services.
