Charged my credit card and never sent order and won't respond to my emails

I ordered the pet barrier 5/25/05. The order said it would ship in 2-3 business days. My credit card was charged on 5/26/05 for $55.94. As of 6/17/05 I still havee not received the item and it doesn't appear to have been shipped per the web site page where I can go in to track my order as there is no mailing tracking number listed.
I sent emails once on 6/11/05, twice on 6/13/05, and once on 6/14/05, and once on 6/16/05 and have received NO response. On 6/16/05 I requested that my order be cancelled and my credit card credited for the full amount. I still have not heard back from them.
I am leaving for a trip with my 2 dogs tonight, for which I needed the item I ordered. Because I have not received the item yet I had to go out at the last minute to purchase another one.
I have emailed info@petmarket.com, customerservice@petmarket.com, and sales@petmarket.com. I expect to hear back from a company within 24-48 hours. This has gone on too long. I'm angry and I have reported them to their local Better Business Bureau.
Don't buy from these people. You'll pay for an order and never receive it. And when you want a resolution they won't get back to you. It's now 6/18/05 and I still have not heard from them. Don't take any chances. Don't buy from them.
