They charged my credit card and then didn't let me know my Grandson won't receive his Christmas present because the item had to be backordered!

I never received a confirmation of my online order. After not letting me know that the item had to be backordered (although they say on their website they will let you know immediately), they charged my credit card for the item (although their website said my card wouldn't be charged until the order was processed)! Now they say it will take several days to put the money back in my account. They have no explanation as to why my card was charged in the first place except to say "they didn't"! And they have no explanation as to why the confirmation email was sent to my daughter's email address instead of mine, except to say "they didn't"! My daughter said they have her address from an order last Christmas so beware all of you out there. Your stored information is being used by this company regardless of whether or not you have given your permission. And obviously their database is crossing lines it shouldn't cross to say nothing of the fact they violate their own policies at will.
