6 adults, 2 children on a Tuesday night, arrived at 5:30pm but had to wait outside 2 hours to be seated. When food finally arrived, the orders were not correct, most food was burned to a crisp - no one returned to check on us or to refill water and tea - asked for ticket several times and it took another 45 minutes to get out. This was my birthday but it was a totally miserable experience. Since then, we refuse to go when invited to meet at this restaurant. Ironically, a group of approximately 30 seniors from our church were there 2 weeks ago and reported the same circumstances & would not schedule another event. If their Corporate Office needs to know why their business is down, maybe they should send an "Undercover Boss" to visit.
