Scott Flanders Wired his 2 homes he had and didn't get paid, This guy talked bad about his customer Mr Knox behind his back and mine too. We had to lein his homes because of non payment. Legal action is taking place

Anyone looking for a good home builder should not look to Cole Christopher Builders/Scott Flanders. Scott Flanders the builder is a down right dirty crook. He will use contractors and not pay them and KEEP YOUR MONEY for himself. He has several complaints from various contractors and he leaves them high and dry-NO MONEY he doesn't care if you lien his projects or home as long as he has YOUR MONEY! So do some research find a good home builder else where there not here. Cole Christopher Builders is NOT the way to go. We regret ever even have done business with them. He does have 2 liens on 2 of his houses now.
