Unfair termination

On friday March 4th I was wrongly terminated from my job at target. They supposedly had evidence of what I did that made the situation something they had to terminate me for.

I had no opportunity to defend myself and explain what really happened. Data and video tapes don't always tell the whole story. I was told we have the documentation and that is all we can do. We cannot take into account how hard you work. They could not take into account the fact that i always showed up for work when many didn't.

They have a practice of overlooking the obvious when it is someone that could possibly cause real damage to thier image. I am just an older person and even though they say they are so diverse you never see older people in thier ads.

These are other issues and I digress. I feel my constitutional right to due process was violated. Things are not always black and white.
