Ripoff, scam, theft, fraud, liars, non shipment of products

We placed our order on February 24 and it is now March 6 and aside from the order conformation email we have not received any packages, emails, notifications, phone calls, letters... Nothing. I have sent multiple emails and messages though the site and still no communication at all. The websites clearly states that all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. It also states that you will receive a conformation email with your tracking number ect., we have not. I tryed calling the company on friday March 4th and it was passed the business hours so I planned on calling back on Monday March 7th during business hours, however I have found from what other people have complained about that they never answer the phone and will not return calls left on voice mail, I will attempt anyway. I cannot find very many negative reviews about the company, but what I have found, have the same exact stories. I cannot find any positive reviews about the company.
