What-a-deal do not purchase from this website

I found this website through a suggestion from Amazon.com & originally purchased The Carol Burnett box set on November 30th. I received an email "Order Receipt" outlining my purchase and an explanation of how the order is further processed when payment is received within 1-2 days and finally shipment within 48-72 hours.
On December 1st I received an email stating, "Your order will now be sent to our fulfillment department and shipped. You will receive your order within 10-14 Business Days."
On December 3rd I received yet another email, this time instead of from support@clickdvdmedia.com, it came from a "Tracy Wallace" at cliquedvdshows2@gmail.com. It thanked me for my purchase, listed what I had purchased, what the purchase price was and what I would be charged on my credit card and listed the business name would appear as What-a-deal. I would like to say that I was charged accordingly with that information printed on my statement. The email finished by saying, "expect them within 8 - 12 business days."
December 21st was the 14th business day. I went back to the website on December 22nd looking for a log in link to check status of my order. There IS NO log in link as stated in the FAQs. I went searching for a phone number to contact. There IS NO phone number to contact. Also in the FAQs it states that the orders are shipped via either FedEx or UPS and a tracking number is provided. I checked my email confirmation and there IS NO tracking number. About this time is when I began to panic. I sent numerous emails and as of this moment I've yet to receive a reply.
I live in Canada and was having the order shipped to family in the states. They confirmed yet again that they had not received the gift. It's for my Mom... I made the order on NOVEMBER 30th and RIGHT BEFORE Christmas, I find out this item has not only MIA, I'm researching the internet, find usacomplaints.com and see that this company is fraudulent! I did call the 647 number provided in other peoples posts, I left a voicemail, explaining my situation and left my email address and phone number imploring that someone provide me a tracking number and explanation as to where this package is that I've already paid for.
I've certainly learned my lesson regarding purchasing from unknown websites. Though I am discouraged by the fact that I even FOUND this website through a trusted site like AMAZON.com!
