Internet service is expensive and only getting more so. My local cable and phone companies have discontinued unlimited internet options and I assume more companies nationwide will be doing the same. If you plan on moving your company in the direction of online streaming only, I will cancel. I know I won't be the only one. As it is, the main genre I watch is Japanese anime played in Japanese. I cannot stream this, as it is available only in english when streaming, and I want language and subtitle options. I would just select these shows to be sent by DVD, but they're only available by streaming. With the price increase my frustration level with Netflix has about topped out. You have to do better to justify your increase.
