DO NOT rent from the theives at 4346 Banning St in Ocean Beach! They will find any and every loop hole in the law system to cheat you out of your security deposit! Ingrid is currently in Bankrputcy and DOES NOT have to, and WILL NOT give you back your deposit! They will seem like the nicest people to rent from, but when they get the chance to screw you over, they will! They have done it to other past tenants which I've found online and he said the same thing! Do not rent from them!!!
