Steals security deposits from renters

I never believed that they would actually attempt to swindle me of my rental deposit. I took care of the place I rented at 111 Via Serena in Rancho Santa Margarita. But when I moved out—after painting and cleaning— they actually stole ALL of my security deposit. To add insult to injury, I had to move out (when my lease was up) because the rat problem was so extensive. And then they tried to charge me for rug and fixture damage done by the RATS!

Do NOT rent from this place, they steal from you at every chance. Their main offices are located in Virginia. So, even though you rent a place in California (they have many locations, so be ware!), you will have to mail your rent into Virginia. They will lose it, they will be hard to reach and they will take forever to get back to you about your deposit when you move out.

Add to all of this that they force you to have renters insurance and overcharge you for it.
