Fradulent promises, misleading, no cooperation

Failure to provide goods promised at time of sale. Purchased the abdo twist because sales rep said he would give me a special offer. His name is Brandon, they would not give me his last name and he is probably still works there conning other people. Brandon and I spoke at length during the time of sale and he said this was a legit offer. He promised 5 vouchers at $50.00 each to use at over 100 selected stores. When I received the abdo the vouchers were no where in sight. I called continuously 12/7-12/8-12/10-12/14-15-23-23-23-29:1/17-1/18-2/9-2/18 and on 2/23 I mailed the abdo back and it cost me $25.00. The Thane Internation Inc. Did not help me. I spent hours trying to take care of this situation and they kept putting me off. The deadline was 30 days and they did not return my calls. I sent the machine back and they rejected it and now refuse to refund me. They are crooks to the max... I am a grandmother and a victim of crime against the elderly. A victim of fraud. I have complete paperwork of who and when i spoke to.
