Thane, H2O VAC, Thane Project #449 My loss was $279.00 in January. What a disappointment!

I used the H2O Vac 3x but I waited too long to request a refund. They give 30 days only so, they would not give a refund. I must warn other not to waste their hard earned money.

I was GULLIBLE and believed the claims they were making. The idea on this vac is great but, in reality you are getting more of a toy than a cleaning machine.

I was VERY excited about finding a good vac that would keep the air clean. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! It blows the dust away from the bottom side of the machine. It falls apart often, It DOES NOT pickup well, hard to clean dirty water out, assessories like toy parts.

How can they deceive people with health problems that need this? I believe some of them have a conscience but the pay check must be too good. I will be bloging on this and reporting to government agencies. Hopefully people will stop buying sight (in person) unseen.
