Pizza hut NEVER AGAIN complaints

I called Pizza Hut where I ordered and explained that I had ordered food and never received it. The manager insisted that a delivery person came and an "older gentleman" answered the door. I was the only person home all day. The manager said the delivery guy was paid in cash. Funny, because I paid by credit card. He later said it was a "young lady" who answered the door. He was clearly lying. The manager refused to deliver my food and would not refund my money. I have called corporate multiple times and continue to do so until I receive a call from the district manager. And I'm trying to get reimbursed through my card company... Put some fire under someone.
