Continously charged my american express

I had paid off my credit card (a.E.) when i saw a balance of 19.95 from this company. So i called my bank and they looked into it. Come to find out, this company has been charging my card anywhere from 14.95 to 19.95 for a credit report. Her's the thing. I personelly pay equaifax so much money per year to track my credit, which receives reports from transunion and experian. I also get free credit reports from these three companies so why would i need some off the wall company (like this) to get one for. So my bank reported it as fraud and request all transactions be refunded from this company and closed out my card. Also found 15 other reports on this company.
