Ripped off

I went into the Oriental Arts Center to look at some of the things in his store. He was claiming to have a moving sale and everything was 50% off the ticketed price. I selected an item that had a $198.00 tag on it. He said For you $80.00. I purchased my item. When I got home and removed the item to display it I noticed another tag that was on the item for $75.00!! At half off the item should only have cost me $37.50!!! I feel beyond cheated! I work hard for my money just like everyone else. This was beyond disgusting! I will never go into that area and make a purchase there again. This business owner got my hard earned $91.09 and ruined Chinatown for me.
