Demanding item back even though i offered to pay

I purchased a item from the Coal Township PA Rent A Center about six months ago, I am three weeks behind on a bi-weekly contract. I have made several purchases at this store via there rental contract always paying off the item. I received a call today demanding the item be returned even though I informed the guy that I can bring the contract up to date later today, he checked with the manager and she said NO... She wants the item back. I have paid just about 1/2 of the cost of the rental price and they want it back for being only 1 1/2 payments behind. If they do this to a long time customer I can only imagine how they treat a new customer. This store has received $ Thousands from me, and I would have continued to purchase there as needed. But never again! Whatever you do THINK TWICE before purchasing anything from Rent A Center Coal Township, PA
