Can't get a receipt for 2 different stays and about property Rooms

We stayed at The Orland Metropolitan Resort Inn on two different occassions, Feb. 5 checking out on Feb. 6 and again on Feb. 10 checking out on Feb. 13. We have requested 3 different times to Hotel Plus and to the Orland Metropolitaan Resort, for a receipt to be mailed to use for each stay individually and we have not received one yet. We need these for travel reimbursements. Also, we were very disappointment in the rooms, the first room was slightly better than the second stay. On the second stay, our room was not very clean, and the beds were horrible, I put my purse down on the bed and the bed broke, it was late when this happened so I slept on it anyway. The next day I figured the housekeeper would fix it or turn it in to be fixed (as it was very noticeable). We we came in at about 2p, m. It wasn't fixed so I called the front desk. The maintance man came by around 2:30PM and said he would be back to fix it. We went to pick up dinner at 6:30 pm and no one had come to fix it. When we got back around 7:15pm I called again. A different man finally came around 8:30 pm to fix it. He was really helpful and I appreciate all he did. I would not recommend this hotel they need to clean it up and you all need to get us our receipts. Thanks!
