This is a terrible company. Bought a tree form them. I don't like the tree. Just want a return authorization so it can be sent back for refund. I have been on hold for 4 hours today trying to get through to customer service. No luck. Also e-mailed company with no response. I feel as if I have been totally ripped off. How do we stop this?
