Balsam Hill Christmas Tree's return not so merry

Your return policy is unheard of in today's competitive consumer oriented market. If the tree is not returned before 12-25, it is no longer returnable? Are you not able to find a alternate method of determining who might be attempting to return a used tree rather than implement a " no return " policy across the board and sacrifice customer retention? You do not even offer a credit on a future purchase? Did you ever consider that perhaps you promoted a product that did not live up to its promises and needed to be returned regardless of your celebrity endorsements? The disappointment in your quality already set the standard and now your return policy and sealed my negative opinion on your company.
