Scam charges to phone bill

New scam. Just got my phone bill with misc. Charges called thephone co. They said they get your phone # when you buy on line. They will block my bill from getting this again but I had to call the co.'s # and request a refund. People should be aware of this. It will take a while till I get my refund I had to pay the entire phone billfirst.
