Defective Products

I purchased the Turn Key Business Kit from Pearlbrite Pro fessional Teeth Whitening. Unfortunately it did not take long to realize that we are not getting the results they promised. I told them and they said there was a recalled batch from their lab and it happened that the extra 20 individual procedures I purchased separately, which were not part of the Starter Kit was also recalled. They did not tell me about the recall until I complained about their products. The Procedure kits as they call them cost me $250.00. I asked for them to replace the recalled kits. Then they stopped communicating but instead giving reasons and excuses why they were not responding to my emails and my request or complaint. Then I started to test if the light was authentic. I started purchasing chemicals from other companies. The results would be dismal, but would send the same clients to other vendors and they will get good results. Then I came to the conclusion that this company knowingly sent me defective products. When I told them and requested replacement or refund they stopped communicating.
