Defective product with colgate logo name and barcode recalled by colgate and they do not want to accept resposiility for 4 broken teeth in 2 months a long with chrinic gum disease and infections cause

In 2007 i was hospitalized and had three teeth removed with chronic gum pain/problems teeth broke and my roomate had the same thing occur
we discovered from channel 7 news we used a colgate product deadly poisonous and recalled we have over 15,000 in dental reapir needs its been a nightmare
colgate did the recall ut is trying to get out of taking responsibility for negligent distribution to date they have sued noone for trademark infrngement whivh means it was their product
