Unlimited Local Savings
Stole $49.99 from my checking account without my knowledge or approval

I filled out an application for a payday loan last week which I ultimately did not take. But then earlier this week I reviewed my bank statement online and noticed a substitute check drawn against my account for $49.99 from "Unlimited Local Savings." Unlike a lot of folks, I was not down to my last dime and the $50 is not a huge issue for me. I was mainly looking for a little extra money before payday because I was throwing a huge Superbowl party. But what does bother me is how easy a company or someone can just take money out of your account without your consent. I've done check payments before for bills and there's always seemed to be multiple layers of protection. What bothers me most is the fact that a website designed to help you find a Payday Loan is allowing a criminal like "Unlimited Local Savings" to use their website to scam people out of their money.

At this point I figure I'd write the fifty bucks off as a lesson learned. But I do want this company prosecuted if at all possible because they are in fact stealing money from people. I'd be willing to join any lawsuit or class action suit against this company.
