1/31 nephew needed $sent it by Western Union-fee charged $160.00. Told him Western Union said pick up at any office in Memphius Tenn. He opted to go to the office in the Kroger store on his way to work and was told they did not have any cash to give him-they were out of money. Had to to be at work so we regrouped. I called the company and told them that this was unacceptable because I had paid what I considered a sizable sum and they did not deliver. I was not told that he had to drive over the whole state of Tenn to get money-Enrique told me to go back to the Winn dixie to get my $2000.00 refunded and he would have the fee of $160.00 sent in the mail by check. Guess what? When I went there they did not have $2000 to give me. I had to wait until the next day. I am 69 years old and with gas price I don't need to be driving unnecessarily. Well today I received mail from them refusing the refund and Julius (another spanish) informed me it was not their fault so Western Union is keeping my money.
