ULS gave me a Christmas present by charging my account $49.99 after applying for a PDL on 12/25

I applied for a PDL on Christmas Day. ULS is a third party to a paday loan site and they took out $49.99 from my checking account without my knowledge.

When I looked at my online bank activity yesterday, I noticed an unusal charge. I immediately called the phone number that was provided on my activity statement. I then got an obnoxious guy who said that they would refund my money back into my checking account.

I have yet to see it as a credit to my checking account.

I would like to file a class action suit against ULS because I am a disabled veteran and I know that there are a lot of people who have been "ripped off" by ULS. I will fight them until I get my $49.99 plus the NSF fee of $34.00.

Beware of this when you fill out anything on the internet.
