Missing Purshase

I sent a money order about two weeeks ago, for a handbag purshase, I'am a loyal customer and I spoke to someone prior to sending my money order, who told me that it would be fine. Not only have I not recieved my purchase but You'all have not returned my money order, in the event that this was the delima.
