Didnt receive replecement product - manager/Melissa

I order a Chocolate Almond Waffle Cone and got a plain Chocolate waffle cone. I called Braums in Van Buren and was told it would be replaced and my name was in the book. Weather turned cooler and a couple of months went by and I remembered that I could have my replacement ice cream so even though it's 25 degrees outside I went to get it and was told I couldn't have it because it has been over 30days. I was never told on the phone when I called I had to get it within 30days. I should get what I pay for... Period. If I'm told it will be replaced then it should be replaced. It's not my fault I wasn't told I had 30days and it's not my fault my order was wrong. Melissa was the manager working this day.
